		<description>Sunspots are a marker for solar activity.  Decreasing sunspots are an indicator of decreasing activity.  We know there are fewer sunspots.  You can observe.
However, new space instruments are now showing declined solar winds.  Decreased solar winds reduce actually increase cosmic radiation to earth (solar winds &quot;blow&quot; away cosmic radiation).  Increased ionizing cosmic radiation increases cloud cover and increases the earth&#039;s albedo, further cooling the earth.</description>
