The lower floors.

The overall effect we wanted to achieve was of an older style building but without that fugly distressed brick look. We could have gone with acrington bricks but those buggers are harder than steel. Regular red brick retains the character of the buildings surrounding and the town as a whole, which is red brick and stone.
